Acupuncture
Acupuncture has a proven track record of its effectiveness in the treatment of pain, muscular-skeletal dysfunctions and internal health conditions. Japanese acupuncture often uses fewer needles than Chinese TCM and physical balancing is also provided 99% of the time to integrate many therapies and enhance the treatment effects. An Infra-red mineral heat lamp may also be used during this treatment to treat the deep tissue fibres in the body & improve circulation.

Sekkotsu & Cranial Sacral
Japanese 'Sekkotsu' - (similar to western Osteopathy/Chiropractic) - This is joint and spine mobilisation and adjustment techniques using a more ‘gentle’ approach than 'western' practices and is used with acupressure and Osteomyology.
Cranial Sacral Visceral Fascia Release - Used to balance the internal system of the body to restore homeostasis, improve recovery and harmonise both the nervous system and meridian systems
Anma
Anma is an integration of acupressure/shiatsu including remedial & visceral massage. We may also use Moxibustion and/or Cupping - Heat from moxibustion improves the flow of blood and Ki/Chi to invigorate the body and stimulate lymphatic drainage and the body’s homeostasis which improves recovery.

Kampo
Often termed “Herbal medicine” these are the “forgotten foods” that have health, healing and life enhancement benefits like Ginseng, Cordyceps mushroom, Goji berries etc. Practitioners integrate these super tonics to improve the person’s health and recovery whilst also enhancing life quality in the treatment of chronic health conditions. Nutritional & lifestyle advice may also be given to aid prevention and recovery.
